Dan started the cabinet making business in his father's garage in 1986. Demand for his product soon converted the humble garage operation into a full turn-key operation. Dan still reviews and oversees each project to this day. He wants his children to continue the custom cabinet business with this hands-on approach to Dilworth quality. His input in all stages of the kitchen and bath cabinet projects shows in the cabinet quality and customized installations.
The head of Sales & Design, Dave is the first face you'll see when you make an appointment. He will walk you through your kitchen or bath project from start to finish. Dave creates your one-of-a-kind kitchen or bathroom layout just the way you want. The award winning designer has a unique perspective to create symmetrical designs that fit your home like they were there in the first place. Being the Service Manager for General Motors for 15 years, customer service is Dave's main objective.
The Dilworth Shop foreman since 1995, Ben runs a tight shop. He takes the designs and makes them real in the form of your new kitchen or bathroom. Dilworth's custom cabinetry is built on site - Phoenixville, PA; Ben orders the wood and creates your kitchen to your specifications. This makes for a tighter project than using the prefab cabinets from the kitchen factories. Ben makes Dave's designs come to life.
Jennifer has been working in the Interior Design field for over 13 years, joining the DCD team in 2004. She is a graduate of AIP & Point Park College, earning both an Interior Design degree and Business degree. As a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Jennifer stays current with the ever changing trends that are being introduced, and helps to keep the showroom stocked with all of the latest and greatest materials available. Jennifer works with the entire DCD team, through all the aspects of your project, from layouts through installation, to make your remodeling experience an enjoyable one.
Natalie is here to make the DCD experience a delightful one. She comes to us with a high end furniture background, she is no stranger to the ever changing style trends and will help you pull all of your ideas together to create your one of a kind project. She is the first person you’ll talk to when you call and the first person you’ll see when you walk into our showroom! She’s been with us since 2008 and can give you a very detailed, guided tour through our ever changing showroom. She is here to assist the entire team with all aspects of the remodeling process.
